Happy New Years everybody, even though its way belated hahahahaha. It's been a while since the last time I had written a blog, but I think now it's the time. I've been writing songs lately because I believe that I have a calling to form a band that could bring people back to Jesus for the salvation of souls. I think that we are living in a time where a lot of people are casting God off aside, and we truly need Him more than ever. I have a song many songs written, and two recorded in my house. The first song I ever wrote is called "Hearts In Flames". It has a lot of themes in the song. Mainly its about having the love and fire burning inside for Jesus, coming from my experience with Him. In the first verse, I wrote about St. Paul's life and his times that lead up to following, believing and loving the way of Jesus Christ. The second verse is about St. Francis of Assisi. St. Francis's may be in some parts different, but they both have devotion to Jesus, same as me. Another song I wrote is called "Perseverance". Its a basic concept, never giving up your dreams and calling that God has gave you. Life has many obstacles and adversities that God may allow to happen, but if you continue believing in the word of God and keep your relationship with Jesus stronger, plus doing hard work, anything is possible. Another song I made is called "The Sharpened Sword". Its based off of Ezekiel chapter 21. It has similar ties with Revelations too. Its about living life like one day remains, and judgment day. Im not saying anything like "Repent or Perish!", hahahaha. But I hopefully could plant a seed inside of people that could help people live their lives better, not forcibly. Another song I made is called "Anthem of the Archangels". Its about one of the Seven Heavenly Orders, which are archangels. I do mention St. Michael, St. Gabriel, St. Raphael, and St. Uriel. Another song I came up is called "Unashamed", which its about being proud and happy about your beliefs and values. Another original is called "Deep Into My Soul". That one is about having conversations with God, self-admittance to imperfections, and prayer. Another song I originated is called "Twister". This one is about how completely wrong gossip is. I have been into both sides of the coin where I have been the victim when somebody said something about me that was false and made fun of me for it. I also was a suspect of it too, where somebody told me about someone else that its false, and I believed it. Doing these things can "twist" peoples' words, feelings and reputations. I'm in the middle of the writing process of a full album. I hopefully can get these done soon and have the world hear it.
