How does one become a roadie for AILD?

I would first start by not openly exclaiming you want a bromance with them.......
You would definitely need musical experience. They dont just need water boys. The venue usually provides people like that. Try getting a job at a local venue like a Soma or House of Blues. Learn stage equipment and set up. Even if you already know it get some professional experience that you can put down and be taken seriously.
